摘 要:桥式起重机是经常被用于各类工程实施中,实现其低碳化设计,对节能减排和低碳经济具有重要的意义。桥式起重机低碳化设计的关键在于模块化与轻量化设计,以桥架为例进行了基于轻量化与模块化的桥式起重机低碳设计方法与过程研究,基本实现了桥架低碳化设计,对桥式起重机的低碳化具有一定的应用和参考价值。Bridge crane is often used in various engineering practices, so its low-carbon design provides significant meaning for energy-consumption, emission-reduction, and low-carbon economy. The key to low-carbon design of the bridge crane is modular and lightweight design. With the crane span structure as an example, the paper describes the low-carbon design method and process study based on weight-reduction and module, with basic realization of low-carbon design of the bridge span, providing certain application and reference value for low-carbon design of the bridge crane.
