职业教育改革:体育“技能型”人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：以地方高校职业教育改革为研究基点,探寻一条适合体校自身发展的人才培养模式,培养出适应时代发展需求的体育技能型人才,提出:体育运动技术学校与地方高校的合理对接,在原有的竞技体校3+2人才培养模式上进行创新,构建一套7年人才培养模式,将竞技体育与地方高校有机结合;新的人才培养模式将体校学生进行二次塑造,使这些学生达到社会需求的体育技能型人才标准,满足社会对体育人才的需求,C:\Users\Administrator\App Data\Local\Temp\360zip$Temp\360$0\Paper Pass-VIP专业版-检测报告\htmls\sentence_detail\89.htm有效解决竞技体育人才出口问题,提高竞技体校人才利用率,依托地方高校实现竞技体育互补。It puts forward under the background of the local schools enhancing skilled talent straining that with the connection of PE technical schools with local universities and colleges,innovation is conducted based on the previous competitive sports 3＋2 talents training model,building a set of 7-year model,which links up competitive sports with local schools organically. This model builds up sports school students for second time,which enables them up to PE skilled talents standard, satisfying the social demands for them solving the talents exports issue efficiently, boosting utilization rate, thus compensating with competitive PE which relies on local universities and colleges.
