摘　　要：脱臭塔是植物油脂精炼车间的关键设备,同时也是能耗大户,针对某厂立式分隔型脱臭塔直接蒸汽消耗大的问题进行改造,改变原有蒙马泵结构、增设填料箱、扩大汽-油接触面积,提高了传质效率,达到了减少蒸汽消耗量的目的,经实际生产验证,效果良好,获得明显的经济效益。Deodorization tower is key and high energy consumption equipment in refining workshop of vegetable oil factory.Aiming at the high steam consumption of an old deodorization tower of some company to carry out the reformation,the structure of Monma pump was changed,stuffing box was added,gas-oil contact area was increased to improve the mass transfer efficiency and reduce the steam consumption.Proved by actual production,good effects and obvious economic benefits are obtained.
