摘　　要：针对当前新建本科师范院校科研创新团队管理中存在的制度不够健全、内部机制失衡、行为不够规范、评价不够科学四大误区,提出通过实行管理部门指导机制、建立团队目标管理机制、健全团队管理协同机制、完善团队管理评价机制四大机制提升新建本科师范院校科研创新团队管理质量和水平。Four mechanisms of evaluation including carrying out guiding mechanism of management department,es-tablishing team goal management mechanism,bettering team management cooperation mechanism,and perfecting team management evaluation mechanism can advance management and level of scientific innovative team are proposed with a view of four misunderstandings of no sound systems,unbalance of inner mechanism,no standard behavior,no scientific evaluation in order to improve the management quality of research innovative team of newly-built normal universities.
