摘 要:目的利用紫外-可见吸收光谱的方法研究早期肝癌的诊断方法。方法分析健康人、肝癌患者和肝癌术后患者的氧合血红蛋白紫外-可见吸收光谱,比较谱峰位置和相对强度的差异。结果在410 nm附近处,肝癌患者氧合血红蛋白紫外-可见吸收光谱的强度普遍要比健康人高很多,肝癌术后患者也比健康人谱峰强度高,表明肝癌患者血液中血红蛋白的含量可能高于健康人,肝癌术后患者血红蛋白含量低于肝癌患者,但仍高于健康人。结论利用紫外-可见吸收光谱的方法有望用于临床上肝癌的早期无创诊断。Objective Objective To the value of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods The ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra of oxygenated hemoglobin in the healthy people, liver cancer patients and postoperative liver cancer patients were analyzed,and the difference between the spectral peak positions and relative intensity were compared. Results Near the 410 nm,the strength of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra of oxygenated hemoglobin in the liver cancer patients and the postoperative liver cancer patients were higher than that of the healthy people generally,and showed the content of hemoglobin in the blood of the liver cancer patients and the postoperative liver cancer patients were higher than that of the healthy people;the content of hemoglobin in the blood of the postoperative liver cancer patients was lower than that of the liver cancer patients. Conclusion Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum can be used in the early diagnosis of liver cancer.
