摘　　要：钢板弹簧未完成整车耐久规定行驶里程就发生断裂,为了分析断裂的原因,对断裂的钢板弹簧进行了断口宏观、微观检测,以及化学成分、金相组织、脱碳层、非金属夹杂物和硬度等分析。结果表明,钢板弹簧材料及工艺性能等满足要求,该零件失效是由于应力集中超过了其所能承受的最大载荷所导致的。The leaf spring unfinished vehicle stipulate endurance mileage to find the fracture reason, we analyzed the fractured leaf spring through was happening ruptures. In order the detection of macroscopic and microscopic fracture, chemical composition, microstructure, decarburization, non-metallic inclusions, hardness and so on. The results showed that materials and process performances of leaf spring meeted the requirements. And the reason of failure was the stress concentration exceeded the maximum load which can withstand.
