血小板膜糖蛋白与缺血性脑血管病关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴ复合物表达水平与缺血性脑血管病的相关性。方法分别检测缺血性脑血管病患者和健康对照组血清血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴ复合物和血小板聚集率水平。结果缺血性脑血管病患者血清血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴ复合物和血小板聚集率水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。相关分析结果显示,缺血性脑血管病患者血清血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴ复合物和血小板聚集率水平呈正相关(r=0.684,P<0.01)。结论血小板膜糖蛋白表达水平的增高明显增强了血小板的聚集功能和活化状态。而缺血性脑血管病的发生正是GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴ复合物高表达与血小板聚集共同作用的结果。Objective To investigate the relationship of platelet membrane glycoprotein （GPI）with ischemic cere-brovascular disease（ICVD）.Methods Serum GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴ complex level was measured by enzyme-linked immu-nosorbent assay.Turbidimetry was applied for detecting platelet agglutination rate（PAR）levels in all groups.Results Serum GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴcomplex and PAR levels in ICVD group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Meanwhile,correlation analysis results showed that serum GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴ complex levels were positively correlated with PAR levels in ICVD group （r=0.684,P〈0.01）.Conclusion High levels of serum GPⅠb/ⅠX/Ⅴcomplex obviously elevated the agglutination and action of platelet,which is a key factor mediating the occur-rence of ICVD.
