摘　　要：目的探讨多药耐药基因1(MDR1)在晚期进展期胃癌患者外周血中的表达。方法实时荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)法检测31例晚期进展期胃癌患者外周血中MDR1的表达,分析MDR1表达与相关临床参数间的关系。结果以中位数0.1212为界值,31例患者中,MDR1高表达组16例(≥0.1212),低表达组15例(<0.1212)。MDR1表达的高低在不同性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度及TNM分期间均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用FQ-PCR法可在胃癌患者外周血中检出MDR1;其表达量高低可能对晚期进展期胃癌患者化疗方案的制定有一定参考价值。Objective To study the expression of multidrug resistance gene 1（MDR1）in peripheral blood of patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods FQ-PCR was used to detect the expression of MDR1 in peripheral blood of 31 cases with advanced gastric carcinoma.The correlations between MDR1 expression and clinical parameters were analyzed.Results Of 31 cases,16cases had a higher MDR1expression（≥0.1212）and 15 cases had a lower MDR1expression（0.1212）.The expression of MDR1 was not significantly correlated with age,gender,tumor differentiation and TNM staging（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Using FQ-PCR,MDR1 expression is detected in peripheral blood of patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.The MDR1 expression level could be taken as a reference in guiding chemotherapy in the patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.
