摘  要:目的研究不同浓度臭氧瘤内直接注射对兔VX-2瘤的治疗效果。方法新西兰大白兔120只,随机分为4组,对照组30只为A组(模拟穿刺),治疗组3组(B^D组)各30只:B组瘤内注射20 ug/ml浓度臭氧、C组瘤内注射40 ug/ml浓度臭氧及D组瘤内注射60 ug/ml浓度臭氧,于肿瘤种植后2周后直视下进行治疗,A组仅模拟穿刺,B、C、D三组按肿瘤体积2倍量不同浓度的O3多点穿刺直接注入瘤体内,术前均行CT灌注扫描,术后第4、8天行CT灌注扫描,测量肿瘤大小计算肿瘤生长率,并于第8天CT灌注后后全部处死取肿瘤进行病理观察。结果A、B、C、D 4组肿瘤生长率V4/V0分别为:2.06±1.10,1.43±0.80,1.54±0.82,1.62±0.92;V8/V4分别为:2.34±1.93,1.80±0.72,1.98±1.28,1.56±0.86;V8/V0分别为:4.58±3.14,2.64±1.59,2.93±1.56,2.27±1.34。V4/V0结果显示A、B两组P=0.05,其余各组间比较P>0.05;V8/V4各组间比较P>0.05;V8/V0结果显示A、B两组P=0.008,A、C两组P=0.029,A、D两组P=0.001,B、C、D各组比较P>0.05。结论经皮穿刺瘤内直接注射20μg/ml、40μg/ml及60μg/ml浓度的臭氧均可效抑制兔VX-2肿瘤生长。20μg/ml、40μg/ml及60μg/ml不同浓度的臭氧对兔VX-2瘤的抑瘤效果虽无显著性差异,但60μg/ml的臭氧作用持续时间更长,抑制肿瘤生长的效果更明显。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intra-tumoral injection of different concentration ozone for the treatment of transplanted VX-2 tumor in experimental rabbits. Methods A totals of 120 New Zealand rabbits bearing VX-2 tumor on hind legs (2 weeks after inoculation) were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups. Group A (n = 30, control group) : the tumors were punctured only. Group B (n = 30) · using ozone of 20 μg/ml concentration; group C (n = 30) : using ozone of 40 μg/ml concentration ; group D ( n = 30) : using ozone of 60 μg/ml concentration. Two weeks af- ter inoculation, the injection of ozone was carried out under direct vision. The simulation puncture was performed in the rabbits of group A. Two times of the tumor volume of ozone in corresponding concentration was injected directly into the tumor at multiple points. Perfusion CT scan was performed before the treatment (V0) as well as on the 4th (V4) and 8th (V8) days after treatment to measure the size of tumors and to calculate the tumor growth rate. On the 8th day after CT perfusion scan was completed, all the rabbits were sacrificed and the tumors were removed for pathological examination. Results The tumor growth rates of V4/V0 in group A, B, C, D were 2.06 ± 1.10, 1.43 ± 0.80, 1.54 ± 0.82 and 1.62 ± 0.92 respectively ; and the tumor growth rates of V8/V4 in group A, B, C, D were 2.34 ± 1.93, 1.80 ± 0.72, 1.98 ± 1.28 and 1.56 ± 0.86 respectively ; and the tumor growth rates of V8/V0 in group A, B, C, D were 4.58 ± 3.14, 2.64 ± 1.59, 2.93 ± 1.56 and 2.27 ± 1.34 respectively. The results of V4/V0 showed that significant difference existed between group A and group B ( P = 0.05 ) and no significant difference existed among other groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The results of V8/ V4 indicated that no significant difference existed among group B, C and D ( P 〉 0.05 ).
