超声联检血清AFP、CA199和CysC对原发性肝癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声联检血清AFP、CA199和Cys C对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法:应用超声、放射免疫分析法和胶乳增强免疫比浊法对40例原发性肝癌患者(观察组)进行超声和血清APF、CA199和Cys C水平检测,并与35例正常健康人(对照组)进行比较。结果:原发性肝癌患者血清APF、CA199和Cys C水平均显著高于正常健康人组(P<0.01),且血清AFP水平与CA199和Cys C水平呈正相关(r=0.6712、0.5814,P<0.01)。结论:超声联检血清APF、CA199和Cys C水平的变化对原发性肝癌诊断有十分重要的临床价值。Objective：To explore the clinical values of ultrasound songraphy combined detection of serum AFP,CA199 and CysC levels in patients with primary liver cancer.Method：Aplication of ultrasound sonography and serum AFP,CA199（with RIA）,CysC（with latex-enhanced immune turbidimetry assay） levels were measured in 40 cases with primary liver caner（the observation group） and 35 healthy persons（the control group）.Result：Sercum AFP,CA199 and CysC levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Serum AFP levels were positively correlated with sersum CA199, CysC levels（r=0.6712,0.5814,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Ultrasound sonography combined detection of sercum AFP,CA199 and CysC levels must be of clinical valus in patients with primary liver cancer.
