摘  要:目的:考查贵州省不同产地马兰草中重金属的含量及有机氯农药残留情况。方法:采用高压消解对样品进行处理,采用石墨炉-原子吸收光谱法和氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定马兰草中铅、镉、铜、砷及汞含量,气相色谱法测定马兰草中α-六六六(α-BHC)、β-六六六(β-BHC)、δ-六六六(δ-BHC)、γ-六六六(γ-BHC)、五氯硝基苯(PCNB)、对,对-滴滴涕(p,p'-DDT)、邻,对-滴滴涕(o,p'-DDT)、对,对-滴滴滴(p,p'-DDD)以及对,对-滴滴依(p,p'-DDE)9种有机氯农药残留。结果:除部分样品砷超标外,其他重金属和有机氯农药残留均符合国家限量标准。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏,可为马兰草以及马兰草为原药材来源的中药制剂质量控制提供参考。Objective: To investigate the heavy metal contents and the residuals of organochlonne pesticides in Kalimeris indica (L.) Sch. -Bip. in Guizhou province. Methods: Samples were digested in the high pressure digestion tank , the contents of heavy metals were determined by using graphite fur- nace atomic absorption spectrometry (for Pb, Cd and Cu) and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (for As and Hg). The concentrations of nine organochlorine pesticides were determined by capillary gas chromatography. Results: The contents of heavy metals other than As and the residu- als of organochlorine pesticides in the various areas of Guizhou were lower than the limits of the nation- al standards, while the contents of As in one sample exceeded the standard. Conclusions: The meth- ods developed are rapid, reliable and sensitive and provide reference for TCM quality control of Kalim- eris indica (L.) Sch.-Bip..
