血清胱抑素C与脑动脉瘤发病相关性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C,CysC)与脑动脉瘤发病的相关性。方法对160例脑动脉瘤患者和100例健康体检者的血清CysC水平及相关的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果脑动脉瘤患者血清CysC水平(1.26±0.28mg/L)明显高于对照组(0.97±0.19mg/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。血清CysC水平与患者糖尿病史(t=-2.715,P=0.007)有关。Logistic回归分析显示,血清CysC(OR=11.87,P<0.001)是脑动脉瘤的危险因素。经过对其他危险因素控制后,血清CysC仍然与脑动脉瘤发病密切相关(P<0.001)。结论血清CysC水平升高可能是脑动脉瘤的独立危险因素,也许可以作为预测脑动脉瘤发生及程度变化的诊断指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between cystatin C （CysC）and cerebral aneurysm.Methods A retrospective survey on CysC and the related targets of 160 patients with cerebral aneurysm and 100 patients with other diseases.Results The level of CysC was significantly incresed in the case group （1.26±0.28 mg/L）than control group （0.97±0.19 mg/L）（P =0.000）.The level of CysC in the patients with cerebral aneurysm was correlated to di-abetes （t=-2.715,P =0.007）.Logistic analysis demonstrated that CysC （OR=11.87,P =0.000）were the risk fac-tors of cerebral aneurysm.CysC was still the risk factor after regulating other risk factors （P =0.000）.Conclusion The increased CysC is an independent risk factor of cerebral aneurysm.
