摘  要:石油钻杆接头是典型的空心轴类锻件。针对石油钻杆接头在热锻中存在的问题,提出了一种水平分模立式双向热挤压闭塞成形工艺。结合浮动凹模技术,利用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对钻杆接头成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了金属流动规律、成形力及合模力。研究表明:立式挤压成形工艺方案可行,具有缩短工艺流程,降低成形负荷的显著优点。Oil drill stem joints are typically hollow shaft parts. Aiming at problems of oil drill stem joints in hot forging, a hot closed-die extrusion forming process of vertical two-way with horizontal parting die was proposed. Combined with floating die technology, the forming process of drill stem joints was simulated by using the finite element software DEFORM-3D. Metal flow law, forming force and clamping force were analyzed. Research results show that vertical extrusion forming process is feasible, which has significant advantages of shortening the process flow and reducing the forming load.
