摘 要:研究了大厚度板双丝GMAW横焊焊接技术。针对横焊易出现熔池下淌缺陷,理论分析了焊枪角度对熔池下淌缺陷的影响,阐述了熔池下淌缺陷抑制的机理。采用双丝GMAW焊接技术,分析了焊枪间距对电弧间干扰的影响规律,设计了深度60 mm大厚度板横焊坡口形式,试验获得了单丝和双丝GMAW混合使用的最佳工艺规范参数及合格焊缝,满足了使用要求,提高了焊接效率。The twin-wire GMAW welding of thick steel plate in the horizontal position was investigated. Focusing on the molten pool sagging defect, the influence of welding torch angle on the molten pool sagging were analyzed, and the principle of suppressing molten pool sagging were demonstrated. The distance between two wires, which can affect the arc stability in GMAW, were analyzed as well. The welding groove designed in this experiment is 60mm in depth. The best experimental parameters can be obtained by using both single-wire welding and twin-wire welding methods, so as to guarantee the requirements of both weld seam quality and production efficiency.
