摘 要:目前肿瘤的本质被认为是一种细胞周期病,细胞周期的调控是一种受多条件限制、由多因素参与的复杂并且精细的过程,其经典途径包括pRb途径及p53途径,其中任何一个环节出现异常,均可能导致肿瘤的发生。细胞周蛋白依赖性激酶6(CDK6)、核转录调节因子E2F-1均参与细胞周期调控的RB通路,在G1期向S期转换过程中起到非常关键的作用。现有研究已证实,在人体的很多肿瘤中CDK6、E2F-1表达均呈现异常,其与肿瘤的发生发展有密切联系。因此,进一步了解二者在细胞周期调控中的作用及其在不同类别肿瘤中的表达异常对了解肿瘤的发生发展有重大意义。The nature of the tumor is currently considered to be a disease of cell cycle. Cell cycle is a multi - condi- tions limitted and multi -factors involved process which is very complex and accurate. It's classical pathways include the pRb and p53. Abnormalities of any one link in this process may lead to cancer. Cyclin - dependent kinase 6(CDK6) and nuclear transcription factor E2F - 1 are involved in the RB pathway, playing very crucial roles in cell cy- die. Existing studies have confirmed that in many human tumors the abnormal expression as to CDK6 and E2F - 1 have been found which proved that they have very clear relationship with tumor. Therefore, to further understand the roles of both them in cell cycle and their abnormal expressions in different tumors is greatly meaningful for under- standing tumors development.
