摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析32例陀螺刀治疗早期非小细胞肺癌放疗效果。方法:采用50%等剂量线包绕95%以上PTV靶区,单次剂量3.0-5.5Gy,每天一次,一周5次,边缘总剂量48-52Gy,2-3周内完成。结果:32例病人全部完成治疗,中位随访22个月,CR为34%(11/32)、PR为50%(16/32)、SD为9%(3/32)、PD为6%(2/32),全组有效率(CR+PR)为84%。结论:陀螺刀放疗治疗早期非小细胞肺癌是安全有效的,具有较好远期疗效及较少放射性不良反应,失败主要原因是远处转移。Objective：To retrospectively analyze the data of 32 patients with non - small cell lung cancer treated by gamma- knife radiotherapy. Methods：Total doses edge of 48 -52Gy was completed for 5 times a week, single dose 3.0 - 5.5Gy, once a day. The tarage was isodose curve by 50% for 95% PTV. Results ： All 32 patients comple- ted treatment. The median follow -up was 22 months, complete remission （CR） rate was 34% （11/32 ） , partial re- sponse rate（PR） was 50% （16/32）, stable（SD） was 9% （3/32） ,progress（PD） was 6% （2/32） ,the total response rate（ CR ＋ PR） was 84%. Conclusion：Stereotactic radiotherapy for early -stage non -small cell lung cancer is safe and effective, and has a better long - term efficacy and fewer side effects. The main reason of failure is tumor distant metastasis
