摘 要:目的 构建一套科学合理的本科实习护生核心能力评价指标体系,为护理本科教育提供依据。方法 采用文献综述、德尔菲法确立本科实习护生核心能力的指标及评价标准,应用层次分析法确定各指标及评价标准的权重。结果 2轮问卷回收率分别为88.89%、100%,专家权威系数为0.87。形成由7个一级指标、24个二级指标、69条评价标准组成的核心能力评价指标体系。一级指标权重为0.0594-0.2609;二级指标组合权重为0.0060-0.1219;评价标准组合权重为0.0009-0.0975。各判断矩阵的CI值为0-0.0405,CR值为0-0.0462。结论 专家积极性和权威程度高,意见协调程度好。该评价指标体系指标合理,内容全面,体现了专业特点,可用于本科实习护生核心能力测评。Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for measuring core competence in clinical practice for undergraduate nursing students, and to provide reference for undergraduate nursing education. Methods Initial sensitive indicators for evaluating undergraduate nursing students' core competence in clinical practice were developed by literature reviewing, and then expert consultation was performed through a two-round Delphi survey to confirm the indicators. Analytic hierarchy process was employed to determine weights of indicators and test consistency. Results The response rate of questionnaire was 88.89% in the first round and 100% in the second round, and the authority coefficient of experts was 0. 87. The core competence evaluation system consisted of 7 first-level indicators, 24 second level indicators, and 69 evaluation standards. The weights were 0. 0594- 0. 2609 for the first level indicators, 0. 0060 - 0. 1219 for the second-level indicators, and 0. 0009 - 0. 0975 for the evaluation standards. The consistency test value of judgment matrix ranged from 0 to 0. 0405,and the consistency ratio were between 0 and 0. 0462. Conclusion The evaluation system which is confirmed through high involvement and authority of experts reflects professional characteristics of undergraduate nursing students, and the indicators are reliable and comprehensive. It can be used to measure core competence in undergraduate nursing students during their internship.
