摘 要:高职院校作为中国高等教育的组成部分,在当下的发展阶段存着一些固有问题,这些问题也体现在学生干部及其团队的日常工作当中。如何改善学生干部团队的运营?有专家认为引入SOP这种管理工具是方法之一。本文所要探讨的是SOP在地方性高校具体的个案实施中的适用性、编写、培训、运营、反馈方面的技巧和操作方式方面的问题,并总结出SOP制度在高职院校学生工作的应用的共性。As an integral part of higher education in China, higher vocational colleges still have some inherent problems at the current stage of development, which are also reflected in the daily work between student cadres and their teams. Some experts believe that the introduction of the management tools, like SOP, is one of the effective methods to improve team operations of student cadres. The author has explored the specific implementation of SOP in a local college in terms of the skill and operation mode of the applicability, the compilation,the training and the feedback, and summed up the general characteristics of the application of SOP in students' work in vocational colleges.
