摘 要:本文设计了一种基于醛氧化酶原理来检测甲醛的气体传感器,该传感器的敏感元件以沉金电极为基底经过自组装、活化、吸附等工艺制作而成,对甲醛有较好的电催化氧化作用。利用该电极,以LPC1788为处理核心设计了一套生物传感器甲醛气体检测装置。利用0.1 mg/m3的甲醛气体对传感器进行测试,结果表明传感器对甲醛响应时间为20 s、恢复时间短,检测下限为0.01 mg/m3。We designed a formaldehyde gas detection sensor based on the aldehyde oxidase principle. Its sensitive component was manufactured through such process as self-assembly, activation, and adsorption with gold electrode as substrate, and had better electro-catalysis and oxidation effect to formaldehyde. We further designed a formaldehyde gas detection biosensor with the electrode and a LPC1788 chip as its CPU. The biosensor was tested with formaldehyde gas of 0. 1mg/m^3. Results demonstrate that the sensor has as rapid response time as 20 s, shorter recovery time and lower detection limit as 0. 01 mg/m^3 to formaldehyde gas.
