农民专业合作社风险意识培养的路径探究——以安徽省蚌埠市为例

摘　　要：农民专业合作社发展的过程中面临人力资本、决策、财务等各种风险,因此很有必要培养合作社的风险意识,以便识别风险,进行风险的防范与管控。探究农民专业合作社风险意识培养的路径,通过差异化的人力资本培训,加强合作社对风险种类与情况的认知与应对能力;注重合作社的信息化建设,借鉴企业信息化的经验,降低财务风险;完善合作社的决策环节,增加专家评估部分,化解决策风险;只有具备风险意识,做到未雨绸缪、防患于未然,才能更好地发挥合作社的作用。Facing human capital risk, decision risk, financial risk and other risks in the process ot the development oi farmers＇ professional cooperatives, it is necessary for cooperatives to foster risk awareness to identify different risks and prevent and control the potential risks. To explore the path of training cooperatives＇ consciousness of risks, we can take the differentiation training of human capital to strengthen the cognition and coping ability of cooperatives on risk types and conditions; pay attention to the information construction of cooperatives and learn from the experience of enterprise infor- mation to reduce financial risk; improve the decision--making ability and increase the expert assessment part before mak- ing a decision to resolve the decision risk. Only with the risk consciousness can cooperatives take precautions and have a better future.
