摘  要:目的探讨放射照射后义齿种植体植入的最佳时机。方法选取10只健康中国杂种犬,随机分为四组,组一、二、三为试验组,各有3只犬;组四对照组,有1只犬。所有犬拔除左侧下颌后牙,3个月后,试验组接受5.7 Gy/4次·2周(生物等效剂量50 Gy/25次)的放射照射,之后组一、二、三缺牙区分别于照射后1、3、6个月各植入种植体3颗,对照组不接受照射,亦植入种植体3颗。6个月后,X线检查,观察所有种植体垂直骨吸收情况,松动情况以及软组织情况,统计分析判断最佳植入时机。结果组一与组二、三、四垂直骨吸收量有显著性差异(P<0.05),其他组两两比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各组间其他指标相近。考虑到尽早修复的原则,组二选择的放射后3个月植入种植体为最佳时机。结论放射照射后种植体最佳植入时机为照射后3个月。Objective To explore the best time point of implant surgery in dog mandibles after low dose irradiation. Methods Ten Chinese dogs were randomly divided into four groups three months after the extraction of their unilateral posterior teeth. Group1,2,3 (3 dogs for each),as experimental groups;rest one dog as control group,i, e group 4. They all received unilateral irradiation with 60Co in the defect parts of mandible with a total dose of 22.8Gy in four 5.7Gy fractions (biologically equivalent to 50Gy/25 fractions);group 4 without irradiation. Then three time points were chosed to conduct implant surgery in group 1,2,3 individually:One month,three months,six months after irradiation;meanwhile group 4 also received implant surgery though without irradiation. After six months,all the animals underwent X-ray and regular inspection of the implant so as to analyse the difference of each time points;vertical bone lose around the implant in all the groups were observed. Results There were significant difference between group 1 and other three groups. Group 1 was more apparent than other groups;there was no difference between the rest every two groups. Conclusion Three months after irradiation is the best time-point for implant surgery.
