脑室引流术后颅内感染患者CD11a、CD54、CD106表达与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的对进行脑室引流术后发生颅内感染的患者检测CD11a、CD54、CD106 3项指标,分析这3项指标的变化与患者预后之间的关系,以降低颅内感染率。方法选择2012年6月-2013年6月入院进行脑室引流手术的患者156例,其中发生颅内感染患者35例,从发生与未发生颅内感染患者中各随机抽取25例作为研究对象,分别为感染组和非感染组,各25例,在两组患者进行脑室引流术之前以及手术后的1、7、14d时,采集静脉血检验CD11a、CD54、CD106 3项指标,观察两组患者的3项指标的变化与颅内是否发生感染的关系。结果感染组的患者从完成手术后开始,CD11a、CD54、CD106 3项指标均比进行手术之前升高;非感染组患者CD54指标在手术完成后比手术前有一定程度的升高,CD106指标在手术后第7天时开始升高,高于手术完成之前,CD11a指标则在整个过程中维持稳定水平。结论为了判断脑室引流术患者术后的颅内感染以及病情恢复情况,在手术前后均对患者CD11a、CD54、CD106 3项指标水平进行检测,可以准确的反映患者的颅内感染,以便及时采取相应的治疗手段,对患者的预后可有准确的估计。OBJECTIVE To conduct detection of 3indicators,CD11 a,CD54,and CD106,for patients with intracranial infection after ventricular drainage and analyze the relationship between changes in these three indicators and patient prognosis in order to reduce intracranial infections.METHODS A total of 156 patients admitted to hospital for ventricular drainage from Jun.2012 to Jun.2013 were enrolled and 35 of them had intracranial infections.Each 25 cases were randomly selected from the patients with or without infections and the remaining ones and set as the infection group and the normal group.The venous blood was collected for CD11 a,CD54,and CD106 were conducted in these two groups of patients before operation and at the postoperative 1,7,14 days.The changes in the 3indicators were observed for the relationship with infections.RESULTS Patients in the infected group had elevated CD11 a,CD54,and CD106 3after completion of the operation compared with before operation.In the non-infection group,CD54 was increased to a certain extent after completion of the operation compared with before operation,CD106 began to rise at day 7which was higher than the preoperative value,while CD11 aremained stable throughout the course.CONCLUSIONIn order to determine intracranial infection in patients after ventricular drainage and disease recovery,CD11 a,CD54,CD106 3were detected both before and after the operation,which can accurately reflect intracranial infection in patients and contribute to suggestion of timely appropriate treatment,and accurately estimate the prognosis of patients.
