摘 要:内埋式永磁同步电机运行过程中,由于电流变化导致的参数变化使得转矩和速度波动加大;模糊控制有利于提高系统的稳定性,且不依赖系统参数,将模糊控制引入到内埋式电机的超前角弱磁控制中,电流环采用模糊PI调节器代替传统PI调节器,构建了模糊PI超前角弱磁算法;仿真结果表明,模糊PI超前角弱磁算法补偿了从电流相角偏移,提高了超前角弱磁控制过渡时相角稳定性;与传统PI比较,电机输出转矩波动减小7%,速度波动减小1%,鲁棒性增强。While the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) runs,its parameters will be changed due to the phase current variation.The variation of parameters will lead the fluctuation of torque and speed.The fuzzy control can improve the control system reliability and it is independent of the system parameters.In this paper,the fuzzy PI flux-weakening control algorithm is presented by combining the fuzzy control algorithm with leading angle flux-weakening control of IPMSM.Fuzzy PI regulator instead of the traditional PI regulator is applied to the current loop.Simulation results show that the algorithm compensates the system current phase angle shift and enhances the stability of phase angle.Compared with the traditional PI regulator,torque fluctuation is reduced by 7% and speed fluctuation is reduced by 1%.The system has strong robustness.
