国内个人知识管理研究述评与展望

摘　　要：在概括了文献来源、研究背景和研究方法之后,文章通过对CNKI收录的个人知识管理研究期刊、学位与会议论文高频关键词的统计,经过聚类分析,归纳出国内个人知识管理研究的5个主要方面:个人知识管理的基本理论、Web2.0环境下的个人知识管理、学生个人知识管理、教师个人知识管理和图书馆员个人知识管理,并提出今后国内个人知识管理研究的4个发展方向:"云计算"下的个人知识管理、微博个人知识管理、智能手机操作系统的个人知识管理平台与个人知识管理绩效评估。With generalizing the literature sources,research backgrounds and research methods,this pa-per adds up key words with high frequency of journal articles,academic dissertations and conference pro-ceedings in the field of personal knowledge management（PKM） from CNKI,after cluster analyzing,the pa-per summarizes the research of domestic PKM on four aspects,which includes the basic theory of PKM,the PKM on Web2.0 environment,the PKM of students,the PKM of teachers and the PKM of librarians,inaddition,this paper proposes four development directions of future domestic PKM research：the PKM incloud computing,the PKM of Micro Blog,the PKM platform of smart phone operating systems and perfor-mance evaluation of the PKM.
