摘  要:为解决深井井下环境仿真系统的温度场分布不均匀问题,对具有大长径比、大时滞以及多种复杂传热方式的系统温度场进行数值模拟,得到使釜内温度场分布均匀的有效方法.介绍了仿真系统的组成和工作原理;根据传热学原理给出了系统传热学模型;分别在不同边界条件下,数值模拟了系统的温度场分布情况,并与实际升温曲线进行对比,证明了仿真结果的有效性.To solve the problem of uniform temperature field distribution of the simulation system in the environment of underground extra-deep well, the system temperature field with large length-diameter ratio, large delay and many kinds of complex heat exchange mode were simulated numerically, and the effective uniform temperature distribution method was obtained. First, the components of simulation system and work principles are introduced. Then, heat transfer model of the system is given according to the heat transfer theory. At last, temperature field distribution status of the system is simulated, and compared with the actual heating curve, the effectiveness of simulation results is approved.
