摘 要:目的研究中药青龙衣(胡桃楸或胡桃未成熟外果皮)抗肿瘤活性部位的化学成分。方法青龙衣乙酸乙酯部位和三氯甲烷部位在大孔吸附树脂富集后经过反复硅胶柱色谱进行分离,再根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从青龙衣的活性部位分离获得15个化合物,并分别鉴定为熊果酸(1),2α,3β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-熊果酸(2),没食子酸(3),香草醛(4),香草酸(5),苯乙酸(6),2,5-二羟基苯乙酸甲酯(7),对羟基苯甲醛(8),肉桂酸(9),4-甲氧基-5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮(10),5-羟基-2-乙氧基-1,4-萘醌(11),黄杞醌(12),2-甲氧基胡桃醌(13),β-谷甾醇(14),胡萝卜苷(15)。结论化合物6~8为首次从胡桃属植物中分离得到,化合物9~13为首次从青龙衣中分离得到。AIM To study the anticancer compounds from active parts of the unmatured pericarps of Jugland mandshurica and / or J.Regia(Qinlongyi) METHODS Compounds from Et OAc layer and CHCl3 layer were enriched by AB-8 macro porous resin and isolated repeatedly by silica gel columns.On the basis of chemicophysical properties and spectral analysis,the structures of these compounds were identified.RESULTS Fifteen compounds from Qinlongyi were identified as ursolic acid(1),2α,3β,23-trihydroxy urs-12-en-28-oic acid(2),gallic acid(3),vanillin(4),vanillic acid(5),phenylethyl acid(6),2,5-dihydroxy methyl phenylacetate(7),p-hydroxy benzaldehyde(8),cinnamic acid(9),5-hydroxy-4-methoxy-α-tetralone(10),2-ethoxy-5-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione(11),engelharquinone(12),2-methoxyjuglone(13),β-sitosterol(14),daucost-erol(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 6-8 are isolated from Juglans L.family for the first time.Compounds9-13 are isolated from the pericarps of Jugland mandshima Maxim for the first time.
