摘 要:振动是影响血泵性能众多因素中的重要因素,为了分析泵体的磁力振动,通过建立血泵的弹性植入环境模型及其参数;并且结合动力学知识和泵体所受的驱动磁力,构建出血泵径向振动时的动力学系统;利用MATLAB中simulink模块对动力学系统进行搭建和求解计算,得出:血泵在低速时有较差的稳定性;振动频率等于系统的固有频率;通过实验,验证了仿真结果的可靠性。Vibration is an important factor influencing on the property of a blood bump. In order to analyze pump body' s vibration caused by the magnetic force, this paper established an elastic embedded environment model and its parameter for blood pump. Combined with dynamic knowledge and the magnetic force by the blood pump, a dynamic system of blood pump during radial vibration has been constructed. Simulink is applied to building system and the calculation is solved by MATLAB. The result shows that the blood pump stability is inferior at low speed and the vibration frequency equals to the system inherent frequency. Through the experiment, the reliability of the simulation result is verified.
