不同规模企业间创新绩效影响因素比较研究——基于面板数据半参数模型

摘　　要：基于面板数据半参数模型,选取2005—2013年中国高技术产业相关数据,研究高技术企业创新绩效的影响因素,以及当企业规模不同时,会有怎样的区别。研究发现:面板数据半参数模型的拟合效果要优于一般参数模型;出口比率与创新绩效在大型和中型企业里皆呈倒U型关系;R&D经费比率与创新绩效在大型企业中呈正相关关系,而在中型企业里呈倒U型关系。Based on the semi-parametric model with panel data, selected the Chinese high-tech industry-related data in 2005-2013 to study the factors which influencing the innovative performance of enterprises, and when the enterprises is not at the same size, then what would be the difference. The results found that： Firstly, the fitting effect of Semi-parametric model with panel data is superior to the general parameters; secondly, the two indexes of export ratios and innovation performance in large and medium enterprises were inverted a u-shaped relationship;thirdly, RD funding ratio was positively correlated with innovation performance in large enterprises, but an inverted u-shaped relationship in the medium enterprise.
