摘　　要：受国家政策与宏观经济环境影响,国内大企业积极推进战略转型以提升核心竞争力。评价企业的创新绩效,对于企业管理者发现企业创新存在的问题及原因,优化企业资源的配置,进一步提升企业的创新业绩有重要意义。选取52家制造业上市企业作为研究对象,运用DEA方法对2012年制造业上市企业的创新绩效进行分析。Effected by the national policy and macro economic, domestic large enterprises actively promote the strategic transformation to enhance the core competitiveness. The evaluation of enterprise＇s innovation performance,has significance importance for further promoting enterprise innovation performance, such as find the problems and reasons existing enterprise innovation, optimize the allocation of enterprise resource optimization. This paper selects 51 listed manufacturing companies as the research object, using the DEA method to analyze public companies innovation performance.
