摘　　要：少阳病成因,不外本经受邪或他经传入两种,本经受邪多因素体虚弱、抗邪无力、外邪直接侵犯少阳而成,或邪从经入腑。少阳病治疗得法,多枢机畅利,表解里和而愈;若失治误治则每致传经,或伤津而入阳明之腑。此外,尚有变生结胸、痞证及气血耗伤见悸而惊者。历代医家之和解少阳剂总以仲景大、小柴胡汤为肇基,师其法而加减化裁,使其疏利三焦气机,透达邪热,配清热药、化痰和胃药、补气药、调和营卫药、泻下药等,配伍方法既不违背少阳病禁下的治疗原则,又符合少阳兼夹阳明热结的客观实际,是治疗少阳兼夹病证与和解方剂配伍方法的进一步丰富与发展。There are two reasons for Shaoyang diseases： the original meridian is attacked by pathogenic factors or the disease is transformed from other meridians. The first reason is due to weak body directly attacked by external pathogenic factors; The second one is because of pathogenic factors passing from meridians to internal organs. To treat shaoyang disease,cardinals should be smoothed; Superficies should be relieved and the interior should be harmonized. If the disease is not treated or mistreated,pathogenic factors will enter the interior of meridians or into yangming meridians because of impairment of body fluid. What＇s more,if patients have chest knots,retained mass or impairment of qi and blood,they will have terrified convulsion. In terms of prescriptions for harmonizing shaoyang,doctors through all ages have always used Macro-Bupleuri Decoction and Small-Bupleuri Decoction as a basis,then added or subtracted its dose to dredge qi-activity of triple energizer,relieve pyretic pathogenic factors. At the same time,drugs for expelling heat,drugs for dissipating phlegm and harmonizing stomach,drugs for tonifying qi,drugs for regulating yingqi and weiqi,drugs for purgation are combined. This kind of compatibility accords with the objective fact that shaoyang and yangming heat retention are mixed into together,without violating the treatment principle that shaoyang disease has prohibition of diarrhea,so it is a good compatibility for treating shaoyang diseases combined with other symptoms,and is worth enriching and developing.
