摘  要:目的:探讨实训教学法在新护士岗前培训护理文件书写中的应用效果。方法:将我院2012年8月进院的95名新护士护理文件书写岗前培训作为对照组,按照传统的集中理论授课方法培训;2013年8月进院的98名新护士护理文件书写岗前培训作为观察组,采用集中理论授课,8-10人分为1组,以案例为依据,组长牵头小组讨论,在讨论过程中各自完成护理文件的书写,老师集中点评实训教学法培训。结果:在两组岗前培训结束后,观察组护理文件书写理论知识考核成绩高于对照组(P〈0.05)。通过发放问卷调查,100%的新护士接受实训教学法,认为实训教学法提高了新护士的学习兴趣、思维能力及护理文件书写能力,增强了沟通和合作能力,有利于新护士适应临床工作。两组新护士临床工作2个月后,观察组的护理文件书写质量的缺陷率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:实训教学法使新护士在短时间内掌握了护理文件书写的规范要求,提高了新护士岗前培训护理文件书写的理论成绩和临床护理文件书写的质量,保证了护理安全,是一种行之有效的培训方法,值得推广使用。Objective: Studying the application effects of practical teaching method in pre- service training nursing documents writing. Methods: Pre- service training documents writings of 95 new nurses joined our hospital in August 2012 were selected as the control group,and pre- service training documents writings of 98 new nurses joined our hospital in August 2013 as the observation group. The traditional theory teaching training method was taken in control group. And the practice teaching method was taken in observation group: 8- 10 nurses was a group,discussed under the group leader based on the case,complete their nursing documents writing during the discussion,and gather commented by the teacher. Results: In the nursing documents writing theory examine after the two groups pre- service training,performance in observation group were higher than control group,and the difference had statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Through the questionnaire survey,100% new nurses accepted practice teaching method,considered that the method can improve new nurses' learning interest,ability of thinking and nursing documents writing,strengthen the communication and cooperation ability and the method was good for adaption in clinical work for new nurses. Two months clinical working of the two group new nurses,the nursing documents writing quality defect rate in the observation group was obviously lower than the reference group,and the difference had statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Practice teaching method can help the new nurses to master the requirements of nursing documents writing in a short period of time,improve the theory achievement in nursing documents writing pre- service training and the quality of clinical nursing documents writing,and guaranteed the nursing safety. The practice teaching method is an effective training method and is worth promoting.
