摘　　要：目的探讨肺原发性恶性淋巴瘤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析10例肺原发性恶性淋巴瘤患者的临床资料,全部10例患者均接受手术治疗,术后给予放、化疗。结果 10例患者中,2例生存1 a,3例生存3 a,5例生存超过5 a,中位生存期3 a,5 a生存率50%。结论肺原发性恶性淋巴瘤有其独特的临床和病理学特点,其应在诊断明确的基础上进行手术治疗,术后辅以放、化疗。Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment methods of primary pulmonary lymphoma. Methods Ten patients with primary pulmonary lymphoma were resected surgically followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results Of the ten patients, two patients died one year, three patients died three years after treat- ment and five patients still survived after five years;the median survival time was 3 years;the five year survival rate was 50%. Conclusion The patients with primary pulmonary lymphoma have the unique clinical and pathological features, and the confirmed patients should received the surgical resection, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy after sursery.
