摘　　要：近年来,我国高等教育规模快速发展,办学规模不断壮大,加上我国经济处于转型期,部分教师追求名利、育人意识淡泊、敬业精神不够等等,使得师德建设长期流于形式,在实际教学过程中处于严重缺位的状态。高校作为人才培养基地,为更好地培养"德才兼备"的人才,师德建设势在必行。In recent years,the rapid development of our country higher education scale,the school running scale unceasingly expands, coupled with China＆#39;s economy is in transition,the pursuit of fame and fortune,some teachers educational consciousness indifferent, professionalism is not enough and so on,which makes the morality construction of long form,in the actual teaching in a serious absence in the process of state. The University as a training base,in order to better train the talents ＆quot;have both ability and political integrity＆quot;,the construction of teachers＆#39; morality be imperative.
