摘 要:通过对焗油人发漂白工艺进行研究,在传统的氧化漂白方法之外,探索一种能适用于焗油人发漂白的新方法。实验中以白度和强力作为评价指标,采用了还原法漂白工艺并进行了优化,同时尝试了氧化法与还原法漂白相结合的复漂方法,以完善焗油人发漂白工艺。实验结果表明,优化的还原法漂白工艺为:二氧化硫脲16 g/L,焦磷酸钠8 g/L,温度80℃,漂白时间90 min,JFC 2 g/L,p H值9,浴比1∶30。经过氧化处理后的焗油人发再进行还原法漂白,强力和白度测试结果表明效果比单独还原法好。Through the research of hoting oil hair bleaching process,a new method will be explored in the hoting oil hair bleaching process apart from the traditional oxidative bleaching method. With whiteness and strength as the evaluation index,the deoxidation method is tested and optimized. At the same time, deoxidation bleaching is combined with oxidative bleaching to explore the way to perfect the hoting oil hair bleaching process. The results show that optimized deoxidation bleaching process is. thiourea dioxide 16 g/L, sodium pyrophosphate 8 g/L,80 % drift 90 min,JFC 2 g/L, pH value 9,bath ratio 1:30. The hoting oil hair through that first oxidation further deoxidation treatment is better than a single deoxidation no matter in whiteness or strength.
