摘 要:以北京奥运会用锰酸锂电池为对象,通过电池的实际运行环境和电池容量衰退多种影响因素的分析,从充放电倍率应力、温度应力和放电深度应力3方面进行与实际运行环境等效的应力条件下的电池寿命测试。利用拟合的衰退数据得到了锂离子动力电池的寿命模型参数,利用线性累积法简化了电池容量衰退模型,提出了一种面向不同实际应用场合的电池寿命测试方法。与模拟混合四季温度的电池寿命数据对比验证了该简化模型的有效性,它有效缩短了电池寿命测试周期。With the LiMn2 O4 battery used as demonstration in Beijing Olympic Games as object, through the analyses on the practical operation environment of battery and various influencing factors of battery capacity fa-ding, a battery lifespan test under the stress condition equivalent to real operation environment is conducted from three aspects, i. e. the stresses of charge/discharge current rate, temperature and the depth of discharge. Then the capacity fading data fitted is used to obtain the lifespan model parameters of lithium-ion battery, linear cumulative method is used to simplify battery capacity fading model, and a battery lifespan test method for different practical application occasions is proposed. The comparison between the battery lifespan data obtained and that with the scheme simulating mixed four-season temperature verifies the effectiveness of simplified model, which effectively re-duce the test cycle of battery lifespan.
