摘　　要：以供应链为研究视角,分析了医药商品生产经营过程中的质量安全风险因素,从供应链战略合作伙伴关系、信息共享与交流平台、利益分配与风险共担机制、质量安全风险防范体系、设施设备、标准化业务操作规程、员工质量意识和技术素质等方面,探讨了防范医药商品质量安全风险的对策。研究认为,医药商品生产经营企业只有结成供应链,严格遵守GMP和GSP规范,协同实施质量安全风险防范体系,才能有效防范医药商品质量安全风险。In this paper, from the perspective of supply chain, we analyzed the quality and safety risks in the production and operation of medical products, then from a multiple of aspects, discussed the countermeasures for the prevention of the risks and argued that only by forming industrial supply chains, complying strictly with the GMP and GSP and implementing collaboratively a quality and safety risk prevention system, could the medical product manufacturers and operators effectively avoid these risks.
