摘　　要：分析了生鲜电子商务的发展现状,总结出目前生鲜电商物流配送的四种模式,并从物流成本、配送范围、配送速度等方面分析了各模式的优势和不足,指出生鲜电商企业需要结合内外部条件选择适合自己特点的物流配送方式。In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the development of the fresh food e-commerce industry, summarized the four major logistics distribution modes available to it, analyzed the advantage and and weakness of each of them from the aspects of logistics cost, distribution scope and distribution speed, etc., and at the end, pointed out that the fresh food e-businesses should choose the logistics distribution mode suitable for their own characteristics.
