两种桩核在重度缺损下颌第二磨牙C形根管修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察铸造钯银桩核与银汞桩核在重度缺损的下颌第二磨牙C形根管修复中的效果,为临床应用提供参考。方法 129例已行热牙胶充填的重度牙体缺损下颌第二磨牙C形根管进行修复,其中78例铸造钯银桩核修复(1例失访),51例银汞桩核修复(4例失访),观察两种桩核5年的修复效果。结果在5年临床随访中,铸造钯银桩核和银汞桩核的成功率分别为97.6%和66.67%,失败病例均为残根,其余120例修复体正常行使功能,X线片示桩核和牙体间密合、根周无阴影。结论对于重度缺损的下颌第二磨牙C形根管的残根,采用铸造钯银桩核修复,临床效果好。Objective To examine the clinical effectiveness of two types of post-and-cores in mandibular second molar with C-shaped root canal systems.Methods 129 cases of C-shaped root canals of second mandibular molars with hot gutta percha root canal treatment,restored by the cast alba alloy post and amalgam post technique after 5 years.Results 120 of the posts and cores were still in function without clinical or radiographic signs of failure at the time of the examination after a mean follow-up and period of 5 years.Conclusion The warm gutta-percha vertical compaction technique and cast alba alloy post and core techniques are conservative to restore residual root of mandibular second molar with C-shaped root canal.
