摘　　要：针对薄壁复杂A201合金壳体铸件的结构特点和合金铸造特性,采用低压砂型铸造工艺,借助计算机辅助设计了铸造工艺和芯盒。经过多次浇注试验和质量改进,最终研制出了一批符合技术要求的A201铝合金铸件。The low pressure sand mold casting process of thin-walled A201 aluminum alloy shell casting was selected, which was based on the casting＇s complicated structural feature and the alloy＇s cast abilities. The process and core box were designed with the help of CAD. By actual production experience and improvement, the A201 aluminum alloy castings which met the technical requirements were produced.
