摘 要:随着曙光油田稠油开发的不断深入,大部分油井已进入吞吐开发中后期,流动性差、动用不均、低产低能等矛盾日益突出,单一技术的局限性日趋明显,已无法满足稠油中后期高效开发的需要。针对上述问题,结合稠油油藏不同区块油品性质及储层特性,从提高驱油效率、乳化降粘、降低界面张力等角度优选助排剂和乳化剂,通过筛选复配乳化助排配方体系,确定现场施工工艺及施工参数,形成一种新型的气动力乳化助排油层处理技术。通过室内实验及现场应用结果表明,该技术实现了降粘助排、暂堵调剖、气体增能工艺的有机结合,有效改善了油井生产效果。With the development of heavy oil in Shuguang oilfield, most wells have entered in late stage of huff and puff development, the liquidity is poor; producing uneven, low production contradictions have become increasingly prominent, the limitations of single technology is becoming more and more obvious, has been unable to meet the needs of high efficient development of heavy oil in the late stage. Aimed at the above problems, combined with oil properties and reservoir characteristics in different blocks of the heavy oil reservoir, preferred cleanup additive and emulsifier for improving displacement efficiency, emulsification and viscosity reduction, reducing the interfacial tension were determined. Through the screening of compound emulsion cleanup formula systems, the site construction technology and construction parameters were determined; an aerodynamic emulsification cleanup oil layer processing technology was formed. Indoor experiment and field application results show that, the technology to realize the organic combination of viscosity reducing cleanup, temporary plugging and profile control, gas empowerment process, can improve the production effect of oil well.
