摘　　要：传统的交付模式制约着项目组织沟通的有效性,从而影响项目的成败。在阐述IPD模式的基本概念和特征基础上,针对目前工程项目组织沟通管理的特殊性和存在的问题,基于利益相关者理论进行了利益各方的信息需求分析,构建了IPD模式下工程项目利益各方的沟通管理模型,提出了模型实施中的关键控制要素。In traditional delivery mode, the efficiency of organizational communication is restricted. The fundamental concepts and characteristics of IPD mode was introduced, and aiming at the particularities and problems in communication management of projects, information needs of the related parties were analyzed based on Stakeholders Theory, communication management model was built and the key control factors of the model were pointed out.
