摘　　要：从解析九种人格在沟通中的思维和判断的心理模式出发,通过分析九种人格沟通行为的深层次原因,介绍了针对九种人格沟通的一些实用、个性化的技巧和方法,为职场高效沟通提供简单而有效的策略。This thesis introduces and analyzes nine personalities and their communication skills based on analyzing their psychology modes of thinking and judging. By further analyzing deep communication behavior reasons of the nine kinds of persons, the author oft^rs simple but effective communication ways for all the difl＇erent persons.
