S100A4和HIF-1α与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌预后的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨S100A4和HIF-1α与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌预后的关系。方法:收集50例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌,28例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤和15例正常卵巢组织为对照,采用免疫组织化学法检测S100A4和HIF-1α的表达,并分析与患者预后的关系。结果:S100A4和HIF-1α在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中高表达,而在卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤组和正常卵巢组中低表达或不表达。S100A4与HIF-1α表达呈显著正相关性。S100A4与铂化疗耐药无统计学意义(P>0.05),HIF-1α与铂化疗耐药有密切关系(P<0.05)。S100A4和HIF-1α同时表达与铂化疗耐药密切相关(P<0.05);同时S100A4和HIF-1α阳性表达患者的生存时间较阴性者明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:S100A4和HIF-1α的表达促进卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发生发展,并且与患者铂化疗耐药和生存时间相关。Objective：To study the expression of S100A4 and HIF-1αprotein in Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma,analyzed the relationship between the two proteins.Methods：Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect S100A4 and HIF-1αproteins expression and analysis the correlation of proteins expression in Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma.Results：S100A4and HIF-1αin Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma showed a high expression.S100A4 protein expression in Ovarian Serous carcinoma was positive relation with HIF-1αprotein expression.The expression of S100A4 and HIF-1αprotein existed intimate relation with cisplatin-based chemotherapy resistance（P〈0.05）.They are associated with overall survival,longer the overall survival,lower the expression（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Expression of S100A4 and HIF-1αexisted significant positive correlation.High S100A4 and HIF-1αexpression predicts cisplatinbased chemotherapy resistance and the overall survival in Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma.
