摘 要:目的探求心理应激水平与自我效能感和主观幸福感之间的关系,以提升大学生的心理应激水平。方法选取有应激情绪来校医院就诊的253名大学生作为实验组,学习《医学保健基础》选修课的273名大学生作为对照组,采用问卷调查的方法,分别测定2组对象的自我效能感、主观幸福感和心理应激状态,并对数据进行统计分析。结果实验组一般效能感分值与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总体幸福感总分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组心理应激总分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我效能感和主观幸福感与大学生心理应激水平之间存在相关性,可通过提升大学生自我效能感和主观幸福感来提高大学生心理应激水平。Objective To explore the relationship between university students' psychology stress, self-efficacy and subjective well-being; and to enhance their levels of psychology stress and adaptation tolerance. Method Selected 253 university students who had psychology stress in hospital as case group and chose 273 university students who studied optional course Basic Medical Care as control group. Data were statistically analyzed by adopting questionnaires so as to measure self-efficacy, subjective well-being and psychology stress of the 2 groups. Results The differences of scores of self-efficacy between the 2 groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05); the differences of scores of subjective well-being had statistical significance(P〈0.05) ; the differences of scores of psychology stress had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Self-efficacy and subjective well-being are correlated with psychology stress. It is possible to enhance university students' levels of psychology stress and adaptation tolerance by improving their self-efficacy and subjective well-being.
