摘  要:为了评估海洋环境对大型水面舰艇编队反潜作战效能的影响,在分析大型水面舰艇编队反潜作战样式和武器装备构成的基础上,采用层次分析法构建海洋环境对大型水面舰艇编队反潜作战效能影响评估指标体系和函数关系模型。以直接警戒区反潜作战效能评估为例,引入B样条函数,建立海洋环境要素与海洋环境影响指数之间的映射函数模型,得到影响评估的量化结果。该结果基本反映了海洋环境对大型水面舰艇编队反潜作战的影响程度。In order to evaluate the effects of ocean environment for large surface warship formation anti-submarine operational effectiveness based on the analysis of large surface warship formation anti-submarine combat style and armament consisted,ocean environment index system and model of evaluation function relationship between large surface warship formation antisubmarine operational effectiveness and ocean environment index are constructed with hierarchy analytical method. Taking direct the alert zone anti-submarine operational effectiveness evaluation as an example,mapping function model is established between the atmosphere-ocean environment elements and marine environmental impact index with B spline function,obtaining quantitative impact assessment results. The result basically reflects the degree of influence on the large surface warship formation anti-submarine warfare by the air sea environment.
