摘 要:目的探讨超声、激光、神经肌肉电刺激治疗系统(简称多功能神经康复诊疗系统)与传统康复功能训练对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年12月收治的85例脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组42例及观察组43例。对照组采用传统康复功能训练,观察组在对照组的基础上,应用多功能神经康复诊疗系统辅助治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后1、3、6、12个月,采用日常生活功能评分(BI)、神经损伤评分(NIHSS)、牛津残障评分(OHS)对患者肢体恢复效果进行评价;分别于治疗前及治疗后6个月,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)对两组生存质量进行评价。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后1、3、6、12个月的NIHSS、GCS评分均显著下降,BI评分显著升高(P〈0.05);其中观察组BI、NIHSS、GCS评分显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组SF-36各维度评分及总评分显著提高,其中观察组各维度评分及总评分显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者在常规康复训练的基础上,采用超声、激光、神经肌肉电刺激治疗系统辅助治疗,将有助于提高患者治疗效果,促进肢体功能恢复,提高患者生存质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic, laser, and neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment system( "muhifunctional nerve rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system")with conventional rehabilitation training on the recovery of limb function of the patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods Total 85 patients with cerebral apoplexy receiving treatment in our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013 were selected as research subjects, and they were randomly divided into a control group( n = 42) and an observation group( n = 43 ). Conventional rehabilitation training was provided for the patients in the control group, on the basis of the control group, multifunctional nerve rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system was provided for the patients in the observation group for auxiliary treatment. Before the treatment, and one month, three months, six months, and twelve months after the treatment, respectively, daily life function scores (BI), nerve damage scores (NIHSS), and Oxford disability scores (OHS)were kept to evaluate the recovery effect of the limb function of the patients ; besides, before and six months after the treatment, health surveys in short form ( SF- 36) were made for the two groups to evaluate the living quality of the patients, respectively. Results Compared with those before the treatment,the scores of NIHSS and GCS in both groups one month, three months, six months, and twelve months after the treatment decreased significantly while the score of BI increased significantly( P 〈 0.05 ), and the scores of BI, NIHSS and GCS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P 〈 O. 05 ). Compared with those before the treatment, the scores of all aspects and the total scores in SF-36 in both groups after the treatment increased significantly, and the scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ).
