通心络胶囊对缺血性脑血管病支架置入术后患者血管内皮功能及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨通心络胶囊对缺血性脑血管病患者支架置入术后血管内皮功能及血液流变学的影响。方法将85例缺血性脑血管病支架置入术后患者随机分为研究组49例,对照组36例。2组患者均给予抗血小板集聚,强化降脂等常规药物治疗。研究组在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊口服。治疗前及治疗8周后分别检测2组患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗前,2组患者血清VEGF、ET-1、NO水平及全血黏度(高切)、血浆比黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗8周后血清ET-1水平、全血黏度(高切)、血浆比黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原均降低(P<0.05),VEGF、NO水平均升高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗8周后研究组患者ET-1水平、全血黏度(高切)、血浆比黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原明显降低(P<0.05),血清VEGF、NO水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊能明显改善缺血性脑血管病支架置入术后患者血液流变学及血管内皮功能,促进神经功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on ischemic cerebrovascular patients with stent implantation and effect on vascular endothelial function and blood rheology. Methods Eighty-five ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients after stenting were randomly divided into study group of 49 cases, control group of 36 cases. 2 groups of pa-tients were given anti platelet aggregation, intensive lipid-lowering routine drug treatment. The study group also had given Tongxinluo capsule. Treatment lasted for 8 weeks, vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）,endothelin-1（ET-1）,nitric ox-ide （ NO） level and blood rheology indexes change of the 2 groups were detected and compared. Results Before treatment, the levels of VEGF, ET-1, NO and whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen in 2 groups of patients showed no statistical significant differences （ P 〉0. 05）. Compared with the control group, after 8 weeks of treatment, the level of ET-1, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen were in patients with study group decreased significantly （ P 〈0. 05）, serum VEGF, NO level increased significantly （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can obviously improve the postoperative hemorheology and vascular endothelial function in ischemic cerebrovascular disease pa-tients, improve the recovery of neurological function.
