聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床上应用聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的效果。方法:选取120例干眼症患者,将这120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,治疗组给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗,对照组单用聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗,治疗4周后,将两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:在给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗的治疗组患者中,治疗的总有效率为93.34%;给予单纯聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗的对照组患者中,治疗的总有效率为78.33%。治疗组优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症,效果明显,值得在临床推广应用。Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical application of Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops United bFGF eye drops in the treatment of patients with dry eye. Method 120 patients with dry eye were selected, they were randomly divided into control group receiving single Polyvi- nyl Alcohol Eye Drops treatment, and the treatment group given Polyvinyl Mcohol Eye Drops combined with BFGF eye drops treatment, each group of 60 cases ,4 weeks after the treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results In treatment group treated with Polyvinyl Mcohol Eye Drops United BFGF eye drops treatment, the total effective rate of treatment was 93.34% ; in control group only given Polyvinyl Mcohol Eye Drops treatment, the total effective rate of treatment was 78. 33 %. The treatment group was better than control group, the difference was significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of Polyvinyl .Alcohol Eye Drops United BF- GF eve drous in treatment of dry eve has obvious effect, which is worth in clinical application.
