调强放疗联合射频热疗治疗较大颈淋巴结转移癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨调强放疗(IMRT)联合射频热疗治疗较大颈淋巴结转移癌的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:将83例颈淋巴结转移癌患者随机分成两组,对照组单纯给予IMRT,研究组采取IMRT联合射频热疗,评价两者疗效及不良反应。结果:研究组肿瘤完全缓解率(81.0%)明显高于对照组(61.0%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.045),两组治疗的主要不良反应为急性放射性皮肤损伤,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IMRT联合射频热疗治疗颈淋巴结转移癌能提高肿瘤局控率,且不增加不良反应。Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of combination of IMRT and RF hyperthermia in treatment of metastatic tumors in neck lymph node. Method 83 cases with metastatic tumors in neck lymph node were randomized into two groups. RF hyperthermia were given to patients in study group at the same time of IMRT. Clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions were evaluated. Results Complete tumor remission rate in study group （81.0% ） was higher than that in control group （61-0% ） ,the difference was statistically significant （P = 0. 045 ）. There were no difference between the two group on radioactive skin injury （P 〉 0. 05 ） Conclusion Combination of IMRT and Rf hyperthermia in treatment of metastatic tumors in neck lymph node might improve complete tumor remission rate.
