摘 要:合成了具有良好水溶性的羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC);利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT IR)对合成产物进行表征;采用动电位极化和电化学交流阻抗技术研究CMC、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)单独作用和与焦磷酸钠(TSPP)复配时对Q235钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀性能。结果表明:单独添加CMC、SDBS时在800mg/L、80mg/L时缓蚀效率分别为68.48%、56.00%,继续提高浓度缓蚀效率反而降低;CMC/SDBS以浓度比800∶80、200∶40(mg/L)复配时缓蚀效率分别提高到78.90%、72.98%;CMC/SDBS/TSPP通过竞争吸附和协同效应大幅提高了缓蚀效率,当以浓度比200∶40∶20(mg/L)复配时,缓蚀效率达到91.40%。Water-soluble carboxy methyl chitosan(CMC)was synthesized.The products were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT IR).The corrosion inhibition performance with CMC or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)alone and their synergistic corrosion inhibition for Q235 steel in 3.5% NaCl neutral medium were investigated through polarization technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).CMC and SDBS reached the highest inhibition efficiency of 68.48% and56.00% when they acted alone with concentrations of 800mg·L-1and 80mg·L-1 respectively.The inhibition performance of CMC and SDBS compound improved,and the inhibition efficiency reached 78.90%and72.98% when the concentration ratio was 800mg/L-1∶80mg/L and 200mg·L-1∶40mg·L-1respectively.The inhibition efficiency reached 91.40% using CMC compounded with SDBS and trtrasodium pyrophosphate(TSPP)with a concentration ratio of 200mg·L-1∶40mg·L-1∶20mg·L-1.
